摘要(Abstract)：

Rota-Baxter算子是积分算子的抽象和推广.本文介绍了Rota-Baxter算子的概念和一些基本的性质,并且讨论了Rota-Baxter算子在序列、q-积分、矩阵代数等方面的应用.
